Our refund policy with respect to Refunds for reservations being cancelled are as per the following:
- 0% with under 48 hours before delivery/Pickup time.
- 25% for notification given btw. 48 and 7 days preceding delivery time/Pickup time
- 50% for notification given btw. 7 days and 15 days preceding delivery time/Pickup time
- 75% for cancellations made 15 or more days preceding delivery time/Pickup time
Once the rider(s) consents to the riding terms, is fitted and gets riding guidelines, consents to the rider agreement, and leave on the bicycle/bike, no discounts will be issued.
Rescheduling requests are liable to accessibility and are prepared at the sole circumspection of the employee making the transactions.
Reservations made within 24 hours of a booked event are final and can’t be changed. There will be no Refund.
All cancelations must be recieved in written or through affirmed email.
The refunds will be made by online transaction to the client’s account form which payment has been done. No cash refund demands entertained.
